📢 Position: Sales Representative (Full-Time)
Location: Los Angeles, CA
Compensation: Base + Commission (high earning potential)
Start Date: Immediately
💼 Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new leads through field outreach, networking, referrals, and online inquiries
- Meet with homeowners, property managers, and clients to explain our services
- Inspect properties (training provided) and prepare basic reports
- Present estimates, negotiate contracts, and close sales
- Follow up with clients and maintain strong customer relationships
- Work closely with project managers and office staff to ensure smooth project execution
- Represent Dalina Construction with professionalism and integrity
🧠 Requirements
- Experience in sales (construction sales preferred but not required)
- Strong communication, persuasion, and people skills
- Ability to connect with clients and build trust
- Reliable transportation
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and eager to grow
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Bilingual is a plus (English/Spanish/Armenian)
